Gabe and I drove straight from Ann Arbor to Hoboken, NJ in one day to watch the Bikini Carwash Company and the Spinto Band at Maxwells.
Then we stayed on a 100 year old steam boat that is a national historic monument and also where Scott from the BCC happens to live.
24 people slept there and all, and we were all awed by the amazing view of the west coast of Manhattan.
Gabe was nice enough to sit through the traffic from NYC to New England and only get slightly grumpy. We made it to CT where I saw my brother off to the prom and ate an amazing Afghani restaurant in West Hartford.
The next day we went back west to Troy, NY for a residency at RPI.
9 Days until I leave for India! Yikes, I gotta pack!
